On to step four
Step four of the chargeback process is the part where PayPal reviews the evidence submitted by Isadore to determine whether or not they want to defend her. It is possible that I am misunderstanding what I see on my screen, but from my perspective it appears that Isadore has submitted no evidence in an attempt to prove she did not send me a fake hair piece. I imagine this is because she could find nothing that would prove it, which is interesting because when she was growling at my lawyer via email she said it was very easy to prove her products were all authentic. I suppose it is possible that PayPal just isn't showing me her "evidence", but this screen makes me think that she hasn't submitted anything at all. PayPal now has thirty days (!!) to review this situation before deciding whether to support Isadore or make her pay me back. During this time, I believe she is allowed to continue adding to her case - but I am not sure if that applies if she hasn't submitted anything at all within the first ten days. It is also possible that Isadore has submitted things to PayPal and that I just don't have access to see them at this point.
