Isadore the Oracle still has not responded to my chargeback, which is mysterious. As of today (and assuming I have counted the same way they do) she has two more days to respond before the case is found in my favour by default. I am not sure why she has not responded, but I find it odd. And in a strange way it is disappointing after the amount of work that went into gathering my evidence to prove my case that she has nothing to say! Of course I should be pleased to have this end more quickly, but I'm truly amazed that the Oracle has not spoken.
Today my husband received a letter from our bank stating that they are aware of the chargeback (we share this credit card) and will inform us of their decision when it is made. I wonder what the Oracle is up to.
